As soon as it leaves the studio, you'll receive a tracking number. We ship with insurance via DHL.

Unused goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. This is our way of raising awareness about delivery routes and thus minimizing returns.

The box and the packaging materials, including the postcard, are not suitable for consumption.

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place (ideal temperature: 15–18 °C). Do not store in the refrigerator to avoid condensation and loss of flavor. Protect from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. Consume soon after opening. May contain traces of nuts, milk, soy, or gluten unless otherwise stated. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Chocolate is toxic to animals. Please check the packaging for the best-before date and ingredient list.

Combination products

Food items (tea, chocolate) should always be stored separately from scented and wax products. All components of the set are individually labeled and carefully packaged to avoid aroma transfer.
