You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the payment we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and fix the problem.
If your parcel is damaged on delivery, please make a complaint to the delivery service provider immediately. This is the only way we can ensure that the original payment can be refunded by the delivery service provider.
Exceptions / items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
