Which wax is used in the production process?
All our candles are made from naturally renewable raw materials, harvested in Europe under fair working conditions and after controlled cultivation.
Our sculpture candles are made from 100% canola wax, our container candles from 100% soy wax.
Do the candles have a fragrance?
Our sculpture candles are made from pure raw materials. They are fragrance-free and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers.
Our container candles are available with fragrance. You can find the fragrance copy positions and details in the corresponding product description.
I would like to personalize a candle. Is that possible?

How will my item be shipped?
Unless otherwise agreed, we ship all orders with DHL via insured shipping and as soon as your package has left the studio in Nordhorn, Germany, you will receive an email with the shipment number and can always track the status of your shipment.
My parcel has arrived damaged. What can I do?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept it but complain directly to the delivery company in your country of destination .
This is the only way to make a claim. Of course you will receive a refund/new delivery if your goods arrive damaged. In such a case, please be sure to leave us a message!
